Winter Storage Rentals

First Weekend in October through Memorial Day Weekend

• The pavillion and pulling pit are used for campers and other vehicles unable to fit into the barns.  Space is limited.
• Specific spaces in the sheep and cattle barns can't be reserved due to the logistics of fitting everyone in. 
• The time frame to bring in vehicles is October 1 to October 31.
• The time frame for removal is May 1 to May 31.
• Exceptions on time frames will be accomodated if possible.
• Contact Bill for an appointment.
• Grounds are closed with no access from November 1 to May 1.
• Indoor storage fee is $250, storage in covered structures is $200. Security deposit is an additional $50.

Preliminary information needed from you:

• Desired date(s)
• Estimated Number of attendees
• Areas on the fairgrounds you are interested in renting

Bill will meet with you at the fairgrounds to go over your requirements and discuss the rental fee(s).

Prior to the rental season an "As-is-grounds-only" rental is available for $150. This does not include any barns or buildings. Bathrooms are closed and renter must provide porta-pottie(s).
