TO ALL EXHIBITORS
All animals and articles entered for premiums must be properly marked by cards furnished by the Heath Agricultural Society.  The Superintendent of the Exhibit Hall will allot space to the exhibitors to prevent confusion.

Note: The exhibits are to be brought to the fairgrounds on THURSDAY, August 16th between 4 and 8 PM

Age classes: Age must be indicated on entry form if child, youth, or teen.

Child 6-9 years
Youth 10-13 years
Teen 14-18 years
Adult 19 and up
