The entry form and payment must be received by July 28, 2018. Once the entries come in, each rider will be placed in the appropriate group depending on level. Each rider will then recieve an email so they will have time to prepare.

Morning Session: Natural Horsemanship/Flat Work

  1. A natural horsemanship review of groundwork/bridleless training and flat work under saddle including a focus on proper tack fit and making sure your horse is happy and comfortable.

  1. Riders of all levels will work on the beginning stages of bridleless work and effective flat work techniques that will help to improve rider position and the horses movements in any discipline. Riders that only want to focus on effective flat work do not have to participate in any bridleless training.

Afternoon Session: Jumping/Course work

  1. Riders just learning to jump or riders with more advanced skills will focus on rider position and helping the horse to use their bodies effectively while jumping.

  1. We will also focus on how to accurately set up and walk a course and understand the horse's stride when asking a horse to jump.

Riders will be placed in groups depending on skill level. Both sessions will be dedicated to helping riders work on skills to fullfill competitive or personal goals, while maintaining an effective partnership between horse and rider.

The clinic Fee is $100 which includes both sessions plus entry into the fair on Sunday for one person.
